I seriously need to get some little yogurts or cereal bars or chocolate bars or something. I keep getting hungry between 10 and 11pm and there is no snack food in the house and if I go and get bread or something from the kitchen my mum will make some kind of comment. I just had a handful of walnuts because I couldn’t find anything else. For starters they were weird and didn’t taste that great. Secondly it’s really beginning to sink in how close I came to orthorexia under the disguise of ‘recovery’ and I really don’t like thinking about it. I was obsessed with nuts at the beginning of said ‘recovery’ so I’d honestly rather eat a chocolate bar that used to trigger a binge than eat nuts that don’t come in the form of peanut butter.
